Get individual battery status to show in Portal/App
I was always under the impression that you couldn't have individual battery stats shown in the portal or app as mine never showed up. I saw a screenshot the other day showing someone had individual stats so I asked support via a case.
They needed to update the firmware of the inverter, the LCD panel and both my batteries to the latest version. It was pretty painless and I didn't notice any drop in power or settings/history.
So now my SW versions are the following
3.6 KW ECCO Hybrid: M 2.3.8.6 / S 1.5.1.5 / C E.4.3.7
5.1Kwh IP65 batteries: 100B
LCD screen: ???
The first time he tried to do the batteries only one updated and they still didn't appear so he had to try again but it worked the 2nd time.
