Low power mode firmware 3 3.8.4 installed.

My system has been set up as instructed and it still hasn't entered into low power mode.

I have restarted the inverter twice.

The low battery is set at 20 and I have set the system mode to 18.

When the inverter reaches 20 the prower drops to 5 watts and never shuts down, continuing to draw 50 watts to power the inverter from the grid.

Any suggestions?
