Time of use setting vs. load shedding

If I had a 50% SOC (discharge to 50%) in all lines overnight and the grid went down, would it mean that

a) the time of use settings mean that I couldn’t use my power if my batteries were down to 50%? Or

b) does time of use get overridden when grid is shut down? - I.e. allowing me to use the capacity from 50% down to cut off prescribed in battery settings.

Generally if I know it’s loadshedding, then I just disable time of use and priority load which then keeps the batteries topped up since loadshedding doesn’t always work as scheduled and we often end up with extended periods.
