Sunsynk 5Kw connects, disconnects Generator
Current setup - 5 Kw Sunsynk, 100Ah battery bank, ATS, 6,5Kw generator.
when grid is off the ATS switches to allow gen connection, generator goes to same grid input and
not the Aux port, the inverter recognizes the generator switches to grid but then automatically switches back to batteries. mid i under remove under the system tab the charge need under tinder
the inverter connects the generator and load is +-350 Watts but as soon as I run charge to the battery at even as low as 1A
it disconnects the generator input and will try again in 60 sec and disconnect again. I have set the Hertz top and bottom and still no change, generator shows hertz between 50,3 and 50,7
how can I get the accept of the generator on inverter

Had the same problem with a normal 7kw genie did everything nothing fixed it. Got a 5kw inverter generator and did load shaving and it worked 100% . The THD of the genie is the problem.
