Sudden SOC drop
I have two 5kw Sunsynk batteries and 8 kw Sunsynk inverter which is used in pure USB mode (no panels). In order to prolong battery life I have set an upper limit of 80% SOC with no issues until now.
Today during loadsheding the SOC dropped suddenly from 65% to zero in a few minutes. The system shut down. When power restored battery started charging as normal with no faults.
Is it perhaps I never charge the batteries to 100%?

If the batteries are out of balance it may take a little time for them to get balanced.
