Hi,

I use the Sunsynk app on iPhone 16 (everything up to date).

About once per week the app will automatically sign me out (ie when I go to the app I need to sign in again, having not manually signed out).

This is annoying of itself, but it also means that I don’t get notifications.

Anyone else have this?

Is there a solution?

NB I do not have MFA enabled.
