Batteries not charging
I have Pylontech Us5000 batteries attached to a Sunsync SG01 inverter. All has been working well since install. As it is winter I am charging the batteries overnight on cheap tariff and using during the day. Since the 11th the batteries have stopped charging overnight. I have made no change to the settings and in the app they are still set to charge overnight. There are no error codes, the batteries are just sat at 30% in idle mode, the temps have not dropped below 10C for the past week. Any ideas of where to look to fix this?
