Updated firmware
A couple of days ago, my 3 phase sunsynk 8k-SG04LP3 hybrid inverter firmware was updated by synsynk. They have installed the wrong firmware. Consequently the unit is essentially dead. I have sent messages through to support with NO Response. I really need this to be fixed immediately.

Thanks for the advice, Chat did it. They downloaded new new firmware and problems resolved.
