Parallel Inverters & Sunsynk Batteries 5.12 & 5.32

Hi All. Had my system installed for a few weeks now but having a few small issues which I'm hoping someone will be able to advise on. Uk based with 36no 395W panels on 2no 3.6kW ECCO Hyrbids with 2no 5.12kWh and 2no 5.32kWh Batteries. Installer has been really helpful but struggling with Sunsynk support its also their first Susynk install as I pushed them in that direction as I love the kit mostly down to Keith. Inverters are wired in parallel and the batteries are connected master and 3 slaves to the master inverter. The issue we are having is that 2 of the batteries keep dropping off and turning off. Im confident the wiring is correct but correct me if I am wrong, maybe there is some settings that need applying? Does anyone know if even though they are slightly different capacities that these batteries are compatible being paralleled together? I am grid export limited to 6kW by my DNO. Loving the system so far though, I also have it paired with Solar Assistant running on an Orange Pi which is working really well with near-instant readings from the inverters. Aware the wiring is messy but this needs completing and was nothing to do with the solar installer. Thanks

Ok Last try. Have you tried any of the other bms protocol’s to establish communication in that setting?
