Sunsynk quality slipping??
Hi,
So I’ve heard mixed reports that there seems to have been a change it the quality and reliability of sunsynk in the last year. Maybe a supplier change, component change or just a bad batch ??
It seems that some newer units are failing more frequently but for the most part the older units seems to last quite well
Want to upgrade my 3.6 ( which is great ) to a 5 but don’t want to inherit an unreliable batch. As we know Sunsynk’s warranty process can be painfully slow

Yes that’s what I’m finding - the older units made 2-3 years ago seem reliable but some of the new units made 1 year ago are failing
