PV Dropping to zero during loadshedding

This happens every day from 4pm whenever loadshedding (no grid power) occurs. The Solar output produced by panels drops to zero and the battery are then being used. This is when sunset is only after 7pm during summer and sky is clear. I have noted that when use an appliance (microwave, kettle) during this time the panels suddenly produce / spike to allow for said appliance but then drops to zero again. 8.8kw inverter with 11kw batteries.
