My installation is split into essential (fed from the Load port), non-essential (fed from the AC coupled Grid port), and smart load (fed from the Aux port). I also have Zero export ticked as I store all spare energy to batteries. Max sell power was set to 3600, and when the total demand from all three ports exceeded 3600, the Aux port switched off. I have changed it to 8000 to match the inverter and everything now works as i want. When solar brings the batteries to 90%, the Aux switches on to charge the car until they drop to 80%, when the Aux switches off, and solar charges batteries again.
