Sunsynk 5.32kWh Battery ALM stays on

The ALM LED on my battery is on, but there is no indication to what the issue might be. No fault codes and the SOC is currently at 100%. BMS Temp = 27c/. I held down the On/Off button but light came on again. Turned off grid power and inverter/battery setup still seems to be working.
I tried updating firmware through the app but "No firmware package is available". This was under "Equipment" => "Inverter". I don't see my battery under "Battery" for some reason.
The only thing I'm seeing is an "Alarms: 0x00 0x0C" message under LiBms. Can I get some help here please, I'm unsure how severe this is?

FYI.
Earlier when I turned off grid power, I think we still had enough solar power to run our house. I turned off grid power again now to force battery use. After switching over to battery, the ALM went away and seems to be fine
