battery soc report 0%
My friend had a system installed recently.
I wonder if anyone can shed light on this for me. Last night the batteries stopped delivering stored charge at 1840. They hadn't yet reached the low batt percentage. Then at 2030 the SOC report suddenly plunged to 0%. This morning the batteriess seem to be charging up correctly (starting from 0%)

Sounds frustrating. I hope the batteries at least support your load. I will try to get software updated. Thanks
