No data on App or website - Region 2 Selected

Hi Guys,



I have no data showing on webpage or app for a few days now.



Have logged out and back in on the Region 2 option for both app and website but no joy.

It is quite scary that Sunsync doesn't even bother to give feedback or send out a proper mailer how this transfer will work or how long it will take.

A short list of problems that might arise and how to solve it will be great.


I really start to doubt this product's backup service!!
