Not the App! it's the data dongle
I lost the data from Midnight last night, the inverter & battery appear to be working normally. Chatted to Sunsynk, removed the Data wifi dongle for a few minutes, re-inserted, the same.
No Lights, no wifi signal.
Told to contact my installer, no longer in business, told to 'appoint' a new installer, how does that work.
every likelihood is that the WiFi board is gubbed! Other threads point to it.
1 year old inverter, what are my options?

My dongle died, I think within the first year, and Sunsynk replaced it for free under warranty. Suggest you send yours to them to evaluate and at worst you’ll have to pay for a new one. You can also explore the Solar Assistant…https://solar-assistant.io/shop
