Settings menu icon ( gear) not functioning.
I have a 5kw Hybrid inverter. The settings menu gear(icon) on the inverter does not work. The help icon disappeared when the latest firmware update was done. Sunsynk Chat Support could not help to resolve the issue. They advised to contact the installer ( of no use ) and have it sent in to the service center ( which will take weeks or months to repair or resolve the issue - not an option).
I am able to change the settings through the Sunsynk App as well as the Sunsynk.net website.
Any advice out there on how to resolve?
