1 battery out of 2 never shows SoC above 1 led.
On the front of the batteries, there is a line of LEDs which the manual says are SOC which I assume to mean state of charge.
One of them varies as expected, but one of them just shows 1 led all the time. I've never seen it change (and I've been checking regularly since I first spotted it). I've attached pictures, both taken at the same time.
At this time of year the "working" battery never gets fuly charged, so I wondered if the second battery doesn;t charge unless the first one is fully charged, but that just seems wrong to me.
This is a new installation and I have a shout out to the installers, but no reply as of yet.

Turns out a software upgrade fixed it, and both batteries are charging as expected.
