SunSynk Max (16kW) max PV input Specification

Hi all, would anyone have some clarity as to the correct maximum PV input on the Max model? I have opened two spec sheets that all say 450V, older versions of manuals also say 450V, yet the latest version of the manual (v11) has 450V in the main spec sheet but indicates 500V in the section where it describes PV connection. Which is it? This is especially confusing when all smaller versions of SunSynk right the way down to 3.6kW all indicate a maximum of 500V PV input. How is it possible that the flagship model has a downgrade on it's Max PV input? The figure is an important design parameter, for installers to decide how many panels to install in a string, after carefully taking into account the Voc of the panels and compensation caculations for coldest temperatures at location of install, so as to never exceed this value through all seasons and conditions. What is the correct figure please? Would appreciate clarity.

Hi Groots

Just to update you : Feedback from Sunsynk (I called the technical support) confirms that the inverter will handle up to 500V Open circuit Voltage, so your aiming for 425V will work great. It seems the reason they are listing 450V on the spec sheet is that people are going to close to the 500V value, and they are trying to prevent overvoltage in cases of cold weather, sunny conditions.
