2021 8KW 1PH Sunsynk inverter.
This has performed well since 2021, however in the last month it has frequently lost connection. Thus the app just stops updating. However Dongle reflects connected to WiFi with a "Great" connection. Dongle shows both Red & Green LED. If I pull the dongle from the socket and place it back it reconnects after a while. The app then works but it will eventually stop working. I have had the fw upgraded remotely a few days ago. Did a full inverter shut down and restart but the issue persists. Currently it is 13h39 it lost connection at 11h25. Any ideas? FW version: 6026-0717; COMM: E438. Pull dongle 13h43 back online at 13h59.
Any suggestions / advice would be appreciated.

I am having the same issue, but mine always logs from midnight until 7.30am. Wierd! I am waiting for firmware upgrade, but I don’t have much hope. Hope you got yours sorted.
