1 String limited to 250V after update
Hi all, I've opened a ticket more than a week ago, but the problem has not been resolved yet - so I'm trying the forum now. I have a 8KW inverter, 10 kWh Sunsynk battery and 2 strings of 9 x 550 Ja panels each (Both strings facing North, same angle and no shadows) Everythin was working just fine until 18 August when I asked Sunsynk to update the inverter. Since then one string seems to be limited, mostly in the mornings to 250V. In the afternoon at roughly 11:30 - 12:00 it will shoot up to +/-400V where the other string is. Pictures attached from before the update and after. Any ideas would be appreciated.

After a complaint from me on another website about the customer care and alot of unneccesary back and forth the issue was resolved. They "downgraded" my inverter software and all is working 100%.
