Connecting DC Input to MPPTs
Hello everyone, i was just wandering about this paragraph “connecting a DC input to mppts.
Does this mean you can for some reason connect a DC power supply to your mppt input, and if so what will the limitations be, say you have a dc power supply that gives you 30kw at the plus minus 800V, and you have a 50kw inverter, you have 4 inputs Of which 3 is connected to panels can you connect the power supply to the remaining mppt input.

Are we sure the DC input connector is fully isolated from the grid connections / voltages? I have seen mention on here that being a transformerless design the MPPT inputs are not isolated. Scary!
