Battery DC Current Discharge Settings

Hello all,

I have just had a 5kW Sunsynk inverter and 2 x 5.12kWh batteries installed together with 7.3kW of PV. My question is: as the batteries are connected in parallel what do I set the max DC discharge current in the battery settings on the inverter. It is recommended that each battery have no more that 50A DC continuous discharge current hence do I set my max discharge current to 100A or slightly less meaning that each battery would contribute no more than 50A each. If I set the overall DC discharging current to 50A I am limiting my power output to only 2kW when I really need 4kW hence the reason for the question. Setting to 50A however would ensure that if one of the batteries started to fail then the max current would be well within a single battery capability.

Thanks in advance.

It won't be perfectly equal, but pretty close.

Have a look at http://grafana.jacekowski.org/dashboard/snapshot/gSxNKJWY57zdgHWLdRhsI7z7JuqNz87M (2 pylontech batteries)
