12kw and Hubble Parallel error codes
Good day
We have a commercial installation - setup 3 x 12kw Sunsynk inverters with 7 x Hubble AM-2 5.5kw batteries.
Customers receives constant switch off with the following error codes - see screenshots attached. System switches off completely for anywhere between 5-30 seconds and then reboots.
Batteries have latest Firmware
Inverters have latest firmware.
Has anyone else experienced this issue and can you please assist? We have asked Sunsynk South Africa for assistance but they have not responded - issue has been prevailing for over 6 weeks and is INTERMITTENT.
Cables are all the same length.
