ADDING A DEVICE TO MY PLANT

I AM GETTING DESPERATE AND CANNOT FIND ANY ANSWERS ANYWHERE. I HAVE CREATED MY PLANT ON THE SUNSYNK LOGGER (SUNSYNK CONNECT APP) BUT BATTLE TO CONNECT THE INVERTER (DEVICE) - I SCANNED THE QR CODE ON THE DONGLE BUT GET AN 'INVALID' MESSAGE. I TYPED THE S/N AND KEY ON THE DONGLE IN MANUALLY AND STILL GET AN 'INVALID' MESSAGE. I EVEN SCANNED THE QR CODE ON THE INVERTER ITSELF (ONLY A S/N, NO KEY THERE) STILL NO SUCCESS. PLSE ADVICE. WHERE DO I FIND THE REGISTRATION KEY AND WHICH S/N SHOULD I USE. THE ONE ON THE DONGLE OR THE ONE ON THE INVERTER?

Dianne, after you created the plant you need to give the dongle an access point to the internet.

You scan your Wi-Fi and see the dongle EAP ... and log onto the dongle with password 12345678. After that you open the dongle webpage 10.10.10.1 and then have access to the dongle where at the bottom of the page you press scan to see all the access points. Press on yours and enter your password to assign it to your dongle. It will say Successfully.The green light on the dongle will come on and stay on. Log off the dongle and onto your internet and enter your plant ,press equipment at the bottom and slide down the page to refresh until the values appears. Press on Plants and refresh until the values appears. Then everything will be fine.
