First month figures don't tally
Hi, I am a new user having had an 8kW system, with 2*5.2kWh batteries installed at start of November. Looking at the connect figures for November, I'm seeing a big difference between input and output totals
I have recorded PV 380kWh + Input from grid 385kWh (this is in line with my Octopus usage data for the same period)
But
Load 545kWh (The load figure is close the my figure for Nov22 so is probably close to the truth) + Export 125kWh
I'd expect these two lines to be about equal, allowing for losses, but am seeing over 100kWh difference
Does anyone have a suggestion, are the figures known to be this inaccurate?

I understand your question. The installer only offered to connect a single socket to the UPS, my plan is to change someof my circuits to a further DB which will be fed by the UPS output and hence provide power during apower out
