W03 error Grid Phase wrong, 12kw Sunsynk inverter
Good day all.
I've had a 12kw 3 phase sunsynk inverter installed. When connected to grid it reports a W03 Grid phase wrong error
I have 3 by 220v, 60 amp phases. So these have been swopped around to no avail at the inverter. The error does not correct.
Any guidance of what could be the issue. I am about to send in the inverter back to supplier to be checked
