Lost battery comms

I have an 8kw inverter and 4 pylontech us5000 batteries. Everything was running perfectly until today. I was out and set my inverter to selling first at around 5pm. When I got home I could hear an alarm coming from my batteries. The 3rd and 4th batteries had faulted out. I shut my system down, left it all off for a few minutes then restarted it all but again the 3rd & 4th batteries faulted. I checked the battery page on my inverter and noticed I'd lost comms. I have checked back using the BMS voltage on a custom graph and found I'd actually lost comms 2 days ago.

Any ideas what could be the problem?

I have attached 2 pictures. 1 of the 27th when operating normally and one of the 28th when it seems I've lost comms.
