Grid import when not required or selected
Hi, this has been bugging me for a while. I have 2x 5.1 kW Inverters and 2x 5.3 Batteries and Inverters and are setup in Parrallel.
These are the system mode settings for both inverters(Identical)
I feel I understand the setup pretty well but the issue is:
There is more then enought Solar on the roof to sustain all requirements during the day as you will see in the picture below.
What actually happens if I leave the grid power ON the system uses(Imports) grid it whether or not there is enough Solar or Battery power available. Note I am not concerned about the 20W trickle feed it is the 650W that it draws
I have started running my system with the Grid Isolated so that this does not happen but this is not sustainable.
Above is a day, you will see I leave the grid power on at night as I am not quite confident enought the batteries will get me through
The arrows is the grid power been turned on and off.
How do I stop this system from using Grid electricity unless absolutely necessary or I select it?
