Technical Support

I had an 8kW inverter installed in match with 3x5kwh batteries. Everything has been runnng fine until the past week, when the grid connection started dropping and reconnecting. It went down overnight the night before last and was down all day. I've raised it with the installing company and am waiting to hear back from them.

I decided to restart it this morning which worked initially, but it has since gone down and up about 6 times since then.

Any thoughts?
