I'm a complete newbie. Had this installed end of 2022:

14 x 385 PERC panels

16A single phase sunsynk inverter

Tigo opitmisers

5.12kWh sunsynk battery

On a SW facing roof (good pitch) largely out of shade at this time of year due to no leaves and few branches

We have quite a few bright days here in UK these past 2 months (jan/feb 2023), so when I see the PV figures on my phone app they make sense to me.

BUT ...

Just had my monthly energy bill, telling me that I have used (i.e. what they are charging me for) roughly the same amount of E (247kWh 24Jan to 24Feb 2023) as last year, which is odd because I thought I was using less due to taking measures to reduce it (e.g. air fryer). Anyway it appears that PV has had absolutely no impact, which is strange.

here is a screenshot .... I cannot reconcile this with what my E provider is telling me they are charging me for (roughly 9kWh per day):

Is that figure Import 0.3 supposed to mean that the grid has provided me with 0.3kWh on that day (21st) and so I should be paying them standing charge + 0.3 x their unit rate. If so something is very wrong because I am paying for something like 9kWh every day of the month (+standing charges).

Am I completely misunderstanding these graphs or is there something wrong with the way my system has been set up?
