Technical Support

Since this past weekend's outage, I am no longer getting notifications from the Sunsynk connect app. I see the app has been updated because the graphics are different now. The notification toggle switch inside the app itself is switched on but if I go into Apps on my phone and select the Sunsynk connect app, it shows as "Notifications Blocked" and the toggle switch to enable it is greyed out. Phone is Samsung Galaxy A73 but I have friends who have the same system / different phone and have the same issue. I am in South Africa where we experience severe loadshedding so these notifications are very important when trying to manage my system.
