Why provide a Tech Support Forum and then not provide Tech Support?

Every question I've posted to this forum goes unanswered.

Why have a forum that provides Tech Support and then ignore the majority of the questions people post?

Of all the products I've requested support for, Sunsynk are by far the worst. I asked a question in July 2022 and it remains unanswered to this day.

I've never regretted opting for a brand in my life, but I really regret choosing Sunsynk.

I have a recent installation of 9 pv panels,, Sunsynk 3.55 system size and 5.1 Sunsynk battery. I was given the briefest chat on the day by the installers, since when , I am failing in getting any .response or advice from the providers or the installers. The so-called help mauals are far too complicated for me to understand at the moment and my request for a person from the Sunsynk installers, to call and give me an hour of their expertise (after paying thousands of pounds for their product), has been ignored!! My simple need was for a product , and the knowhow, to save electric and to lower my carbon footprint. So far my experience of customer support has been unsatisfactory, and I could not reccomend this Sunsynk system to persons such as myself.
