BMS detail

I've installed my 8kW unit in Dec 2023 and this is all the detail when I go to the BMS

I've installed a 10kW unit at a client last month and the details in BMS are completely different. Is this a cable or software/firmware upgrade issue?

If the newer then I believe you can see the detail in the sunsynk app.

I have the original SunBatt 5.32 batteries so they are connected via the RS232 port
