Gateway dongle not functioning
Just been up in the loft to check on my Inverter that's not been sending data for the last week.
Normally I see a green and red LED in the dongle, but today there are no LEDs at all, dead.
How can I tell the difference between a dead dongle and one that needs to be reset or something?
I have rebooted (turned the Inverter off and back on again) but no difference, still no LEDs, flashing or otherwise.
The app is not functioning due presumably to the non-functional dongle.
If it is dead, where can I get a replacement, its only just over 2 years old so presumably I can get one under warranty.

In my short experience of 1 year your first thought should be to check if server has gone offline at Sunsynk
This happens occasionally (sone might say too often) and gives the symptoms you list and will effect everyone.
After that search on web for Sunsynk reconnect wifi
Its quite easy if your tech savvy
