Hi when in UPS mode eg grid has disconnected and sun is up should the inverter still have DC input

Hi when in UPS mode eg grid has disconnected and sun is up should the inverter still have DC input
Depending on how your installation is set up the PV (if/when the sun is shining) and batteries (if you have any and they are charged) will power the house until the grid comes back on line.
