Export or save data from Sunsynk Logger
Apologies if this has been asked and answered elsewhere. I searched but could not find anything relevant. I'd like to export/save the data from my Sunsynk installation (PV, SOC, load etc) to a file on my PC. I'd be happy with .csv, .xml, .xlsx etc. Is there any way of performing this? I use both the browser interface and the Android app. I've already posted the same question as a direct support request via browser to Sunsynk and got the screen "Thanks for contacting us. We'll get back to you as soon as we can!" It's a pretty simple yes/no question but so far I've had no response. Not even a confirmation email. In all other respects I'm very happy with the equipment and installation. This data would just be the icing on the cake. Thanks in advance.
I did do this but it only allows to select a single day - not a date range. Anyone know how to get to download more than one day per sheet - other than having to collate the individual sheets? I have tried various browsers.
