Upgrading my account to "Advanced User"
Since last week I've put in 2 requests to upgrade my account to "advanced user".
Each time I get the response: "I am unable to upgrade your user level at this time as the username you have provided doesn’t exist."
I use that account daily on sunsynk.net to monitor my system, so someone is obviously missing something.
Has anyone else had this issue?

2 things 1) What is a Business user? That is what shows under my profile, but I cannot change settings on the gateway for the data interval. 2) Is the username the one with which I am registered on sunsynk.org?
