Technical Support

Hi, I'm running 2 x 5Kw Sunsynk hybrid inverters in parallel and 6 x Cerrnns 5Kw 100 AH batteries. The batteries communications are via CAN to the master inverter and the LiBMS shows communications when 4 of the batteries are connected via CAN, when any more batteries are connected to the CAN the communications stop. I have tried changing the master battery to the other end of my stack and the same thing, the first 4 communicate okay but connect any more and communications stop, so all the batteries communicate but only with 4 hooked up. All 6 will charge and discharge but 2 of them are out of the loop of communications. Is this an inverter problem or a battery problem ?
