Data Logger Not Responding To Reset.
In September my Data Logger stopped working. Because the Battery had been placed under the inverter I couldn’t immediately get the Data Logger out.
I’ve now removed it and replaced it according to instructions. No light came on and no EAP is available in in WiFi search. It would appear customers are not allowed to phone Sunsynk and the installer won’t respond to many requests. Please Help.
