No Data on app or website
The app and website show my inverter (plant) as being offline - and has been like this for the last 13 days (since 3 Aug)!

My inverter is working and I can see the live data on the inverter screen, I have reconnected mulitple times to wifi and the cloud connection shows as successful. I have deleted the app and reinstalled; I have tried to setup the inverter again as a new plant but still have the plant offline issue.
I see other people have said they couldn't see their data but then a few hours later it is restored - I think 2 weeks is a bit long to resolve an issue.
What can the issue be? And are there any other ways to get the inverter to show on the app again?
