Pairing Inverters

I have two 5.5kW ECCO inverters, each has a pair of Pylontech 5.0kW batteries connected plus each has a PV string. The only physical connection, other than the comms cable, is where the two outputs join to feed my consumer unit. Both are connected to the domestic wifi router. We have tried lots of different settings on the inverters however, whatever we do, only one inverter provides power to the consumer unit. How can I set them up as paired so that they both feed the consumer unit?

Also the inverter appears to act as an UPS, rather than providing power when available in the batteries or by solar, it does not matter if I have priority load set, or not.

If we run at more than the output of 1 inverter, the inverter alarms and stops feeding the consumer unit, the second still does nothing. Our aim is to go off grid completely but this is not possible whilst the inverters do not work together.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

For F55 - read this: https://www.sunsynk.org/forum/sunsynk-fault-codes/f55-dc-volthigh-fault-solved I'd say the F18 is triggering the F55, when it over currents its stopping the PV --> Load/Grid, so the panels go Voc high voltage a fraction before the MPPTs turn off, so then it triggers the F55
