Only half of my pannels are producing energy
I have no idea how or why, but last time i checked a week or two ago this was fine, and now only 6 of my 12 pannels are actually producing energy. Support said it's not software or connection and they said the issue is my wiring. I've been told I need to talk with my installer (which I can't because they went bankrupt about 1 year ago) to check the wiring. I'm based in Birmingham UK for context.
Has anyone faced this issue? Anything I can do to fix this?
