DC cable size - 4 x Sunsynk 5.12kWh batteries
Hello al, I'm after some advice. I've got a Sunsynk 8kW hybrid inverter + 4 x 5.12kWh Sunsynk batteries along with short interconnect cables to go between each of the batteries (25mm²) and a pair of 1.5m long 25mm² cables to go to inverter via 200A fuses. After questionning the supplier whether a single pair of 25mm² cables to go to the "inverter" is big enough to cope with 200A I was told "it is sufficient" however after reading variousd other posts the cables should be 50mm². Can anyone verify this? Also any pics of how to join 2 x 25mm² cables to 1 x fuse terminal?? thanks

I have 2 x 25mm from the first and last battery (2 positive & 2 negative) to a busbar and then 35mm from busbar to fused 150amp isolator then 35mm to inverter. Never runs hot
Set 8.8kw inverter to 7.5kw which covers peak load on essential only. I have 4.2kw of Solar. I have 4 x 5.1 batteries with short links in between
all works fine
