Inverter settings problem

Hi, I am unable to change inverter settings this morning - getting a blank screen on the mobile app and web. The rest of the functionality seems fine. Apparently Sunsynk is aware of the issue. I would however have expected a notification to users in such an event.

Unfortunately they insist on demonstrating their absolute disdain for their customers


Chat is also not working for me and I have logged a new support ticket for what it's worth
