Sunsynk Using grid while batteries capacity is available

I have a 8.8 kW Sunsynk inverter connected to four Lithium batteries and 16x 360w panels. I want to know why the grid keeps supplying my house load even though my batteries is 100% charged. Shouldn't the batteries supply the load?

It could be that in your system settings you have the timer enabled and set to 100%. It will then not draw from the battery. If was set for, say 80% in that timeslot, it would draw down to 80% and then hold it there. Check out Settings > System Mode > System1
