Latest software installation
I saw the video wher Keith was discussing the latest software versions on the various inverters, preventing the batteries from discharging too low. My batteries have discharged down to 11% on more than one occasion, although the installer set the minimum at 15%. I have since changed that to 20% in the ‘timer’ window, as I was told that 15% is too low.
Does the latest software version get installed automatically via wifi, or does it need flashing on to the inverter, in which case is it something that has to be done by the installer?

Strange that everybody has lots to say on battery charge, but nobody is actually answering the question that @colinlnewman has asked.
From my understanding you need to complete the online request by going to https://www.sunsynk.org/up-grade . This is under the support tab on https://www.sunsynk.org . I am not sure but seems like the installer needs to do the request.
