New Installation Configuration/Setup
I've got a new installation and I'm having trouble with the installer to sort out my final two issues, maybe someone here can help me?
I have an alarm or warning on the inverter (the dongle which sits below the Inverter has a green and red light), I have the App installed on my phone and i've accessed my system via the sunsynk portal but I'm unable to see anywhere what the alarm or warning is that is causing the dongle to have a red light, how do i get access to more information on the App that tells me what the Alarm or Warning is?
I have just under 5kWh PV, a 5.5kWh Inverter and two 5kWh (10kWh) batteries, I want the system to send as much of the PV to the battery as possible before exporting to the grid, if i had 5kWh of PV being generated what is the maximum charge the batteries can take? Does anyone have a template configuration for setting the system up in this way?
I'm no electrical engineer so i don't fully understand all the information in the configuration menu's, are there any videos or guides which explain all the configuration menu's in detail, one by one?

Thank you Chris, I thought this may be the case and provided those details for the upgrade. I do find it annoying when manufacturers use different terms for the same device!
