System biased to importing energy?
It's now been about 2 weeks since I installed an 8KW sunsynk inverter and I've noticed that the system seems to be overly biased towards importing energy, for example see the graph below that covers the period midnight - ~09:30.

Across a full days operation this can easily add up 1.5-2.0 KWh of energy import based on smart meter reading, to put that into perspective that's in excess of 200GBP annual cost in unnecessary import on energy at my current daytime tarif.
I would expect there to be uniform swings either way in an ideal system, however Sunsynk mostly seems to be avoiding export at the cost of excess import energy. Can we get a setting that changes the system bias towards zero import? For example, as the system has the ability to force a small amount of import to prevent tripping of pre-paid meters, how about extending that setting to allow -ve values such that the system always tends towards exporting a small amount of power constantly instead of importing most of the time.
Separately, I'm not convinced on the accuracy of the CT as in the above period the CT suggested 200W imported, but smart meter reported 500W.
Thanks,
John.

Right. The affected system I described is also grid tied.
