one of my 5.32kwh batteries in standby whilst the other 4 work

I have 2x 12kw sunsynk inverters with 5x 5.3kwh batteries.
Im struggling to understand why one of my batteries is 0% SOC and in standby whilst the other 4 work as expected.
I have changed coms cable to no avail. there are also no dipswitches on these batteries.
please advise on steps to fix this issue.
